1. Introduction
Barrel Solutions LLC ("Barrel Solutions," "we," "our," or "us") is a technology company based in Florida, United States. We develop, operate, and provide digital products, software applications, websites, and technology services.
This Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected when you visit our websites, use our applications or services, contact us, or otherwise interact with us.
Our products may have different features and data practices. A product-specific privacy notice, in-product notice, or other supplemental disclosure may explain how information is handled by that product. Where a supplemental notice applies, it should be read together with this Policy. If a product-specific notice conflicts with this Policy regarding that product's data practices, the product-specific notice will govern to the extent of the conflict, subject to applicable law.
This Policy is intended to describe our practices in general terms. The information actually collected depends on the product, the features you use, the permissions you grant, and the applicable law.
Nothing in this Policy limits any privacy rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Where applicable law requires consent or another notice, this Policy does not replace that requirement.
1.1 Client Services
When we build, modernize, automate, or host systems on behalf of a client, that client generally determines how personal information in those systems is used, and the client's own privacy notice applies. Individuals should direct requests about that information to the relevant client. Our agreement with the client governs our handling of that information.
1.2 This Website
Our corporate website at barrelsolutionsllc.com does not require an account and does not include a contact form. As of the Last Updated date above, it does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not store information in your browser's local storage.
Like most websites, it is delivered through hosting and security providers, currently Cloudflare, which process technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. If you email us, we receive the information you include in your message.
2. Information We May Collect
The categories of information processed depend on the service you use and how you interact with us. We seek to collect information reasonably necessary for the relevant purposes, subject to applicable law.
2.1 Information You Provide
Depending on the service, we may collect information you submit directly, including:
- Name and contact details, such as an email address or telephone number.
- Account registration information and profile details.
- Business information submitted through contact forms, service requests, or business accounts.
- Communications, inquiries, feedback, and customer-support requests.
- Preferences, settings, and information you choose to provide to personalize a service.
- Information submitted when purchasing a product, subscribing to a service, or managing a subscription.
Payment card details may be collected and processed by a payment provider rather than by Barrel Solutions. The actual handling of payment information depends on the payment method and service used.
2.2 Account and Authentication Information
Where a service supports user accounts, we may process account identifiers, authentication-related records, preferences, and security information.
If you choose to sign in through a third-party authentication provider, such as Google, that provider may send us information in accordance with your authorization, the permissions requested, and the provider's own privacy practices. We do not receive your Google account password merely because you use Google Sign-In.
2.3 Technical, Device, and Usage Information
Depending on the technologies used by a particular service, we may collect information such as:
- Internet Protocol (IP) address.
- Browser type and version, device type, and operating system.
- Pages, screens, or application features accessed.
- Dates, times, and duration of interactions.
- Referring pages or general interaction events.
- Diagnostic information, crash reports, and error logs.
- Security, fraud-prevention, and access records.
- Cookie identifiers and information collected through similar technologies, where enabled.
We may use this information to operate and secure our services, troubleshoot errors, understand performance, and improve functionality. The data collected depends on the technologies implemented and the settings or permissions available to you.
2.4 Product-Specific Information
Some products may process additional information needed to provide their features. Depending on the product and the features you choose, this may include:
- Travel-related information, such as searches, destinations, routes, and saved locations.
- Dietary, food, budget, or personalization preferences. Information about allergies, medical conditions, or dietary restrictions may be sensitive or health-related under certain laws, depending on the context.
- Telephone numbers, messaging preferences, consent records, and message-delivery information.
- Business records, such as information about service providers, customers, appointments, or transactions.
- Other information you choose to submit to a particular product.
The applicable product-specific notice should identify the information actually processed by that product and explain any additional practices that require disclosure. Do not submit information that a service does not request or that is not needed for its intended functionality.
3. How We Use Information
Depending on the service and applicable law, we may use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and support our websites, applications, and services.
- Create and manage accounts and authenticate users.
- Process purchases, payments, subscriptions, and related service requests.
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.

- Send transactional messages, service notices, and other communications related to your use of a service.
- Send marketing communications where permitted by law and consistent with your preferences and any required consent.
- Measure service performance and understand usage patterns.
- Enforce our agreements, protect our rights, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
- Carry out another purpose disclosed to you when the information is collected or otherwise permitted by law.
We will not materially use personal information for a purpose incompatible with the disclosures made to you unless the additional use is permitted by applicable law and any required notice or consent has been provided.
4. Legal Requirements, Consent, and Choices
Privacy laws differ by jurisdiction and by the type of information and activity involved. Where applicable law requires a particular legal basis, consent, notice, or user choice, we will follow the requirements that apply to the relevant processing activity.
Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, processing may be necessary to provide a requested service, fulfill a transaction, comply with a legal obligation, protect security, or pursue another legally permitted purpose. Where consent is required, we will request it before carrying out the relevant activity.
Where applicable law gives you the right to withdraw consent, you may do so using the method provided when consent was obtained or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal. It may affect our ability to provide a feature that depends on the relevant information or permission.
5. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information in the circumstances described below, subject to applicable law and any choices or permissions that apply.
5.1 Service Providers
We may disclose information to service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as:
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers.
- Database and application infrastructure providers.
- Authentication providers.
- Payment processors and subscription-management providers.
- Email and text-message delivery providers.
- Analytics, monitoring, and diagnostics providers.
- Customer-support and security providers.
The information shared depends on the service being provided. Where required, we use contractual or other safeguards intended to limit providers' use of information to authorized purposes and to require appropriate protection.
5.2 Integrations and Other Third Parties
Some products may offer integrations with external platforms, retailers, payment services, mapping providers, or other third-party systems. When you request or enable an integration, information may be disclosed to the relevant third party as necessary to provide the requested functionality or as explained to you at the point of use.
A third party that processes information for its own purposes may be subject to its own privacy notice and terms. We do not control the independent privacy practices of third parties. Review their notices before choosing to use their services.
5.3 Analytics, Advertising, and Data-Sharing Activities
Some services may use analytics or advertising technologies. Depending on the technology and how it is configured, information such as online identifiers, device information, usage events, or IP addresses may be made available to technology providers.
Certain disclosures to analytics or advertising providers may be treated as a "sale," "sharing," or targeted-advertising activity under particular privacy laws, even if no money is exchanged directly for the information. Where a law applies and grants you a right to opt out, we will provide the required notice and a legally compliant method to exercise that choice.
We will not sell sensitive personal data without the consent and notices required by applicable law, including Florida law.
The technologies used and the information disclosed may differ by product. Consult the applicable product-specific notice and cookie or tracking settings for additional details.
5.4 Business Transactions
Information may be disclosed as part of a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable legal requirements and appropriate safeguards.
5.5 Legal, Safety, and Security Reasons
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary and legally permitted to comply with applicable law or lawful legal process; respond to valid requests from public authorities; establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; enforce our agreements; investigate suspected fraud or misuse; or protect the rights, property, safety, or security of Barrel Solutions, users, or others.
5.6 At Your Direction or With Your Permission
We may disclose information when you direct us to do so or authorize the disclosure, where permitted by law.
6. Advertising and Marketing Communications
Advertising practices may vary by product. A service may be ad-supported or may use analytics and marketing technologies; another service may not. Where a product uses advertising or tracking technologies, its applicable notice and settings should explain the relevant practices and choices.
Where required by law, we will obtain consent or provide opt-out mechanisms before engaging in the relevant activity. You may also be able to control certain cookies or tracking technologies through the tools described in Section 7.
We may send service-related communications necessary to operate an account or fulfill a transaction. Marketing messages will be handled according to applicable law and the preferences and permissions associated with the relevant service. Where permitted, you can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe instructions in the message. Opting out of marketing does not necessarily stop essential transactional or service communications.
We send marketing text messages only with the consent required by law. You can opt out at any time by following the instructions in the message, such as replying STOP where supported. Message and data rates may apply.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our websites or services may use cookies, local storage, pixels, software development kits, and similar technologies to support essential functionality, maintain security, remember preferences, measure performance, and, where implemented, support analytics or advertising.
Where required by applicable law, non-essential cookies and similar technologies will not be activated until the required consent has been obtained. The options available may depend on the website, service, browser, and jurisdiction.
You may be able to manage cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through a cookie-preference tool provided by the website. Disabling certain technologies may affect website functionality. Browser-based controls may not affect every technology used by a service.
Our corporate website does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals because it does not track visitors across websites. Where applicable law requires us to recognize an opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, the relevant service will honor it as required.
For additional information, consult our Cookie Policy .
8. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining accounts, supporting transactions, addressing security issues, resolving disputes, complying with legal obligations, and enforcing agreements.
Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information, the product, the context in which it was collected, and applicable legal requirements. When determining retention, we consider whether the information remains necessary for the relevant purpose and whether it must be retained for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.
When personal information is no longer reasonably necessary, we will take appropriate steps to delete it, de-identify it, or otherwise dispose of it, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. Information in backup systems may remain for a limited period until those backups are overwritten or deleted through normal backup processes, subject to applicable requirements.
A product-specific notice may provide additional information about retention for that product.
9. Data Security and Incident Response
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, destruction, and misuse. The safeguards appropriate to a particular service depend on the nature of the information and the risks associated with its processing. Measures may include access controls, authentication mechanisms, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, backups, and security procedures.
No website, application, database, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
If you believe your account or interaction with us has been compromised, contact us using the contact details in Section 16 and do not include passwords or payment-card details in your message.
We will assess and respond to security incidents and provide notices to individuals, regulators, or other parties when and as required by applicable law. This Policy does not replace any legal notification obligations that may apply to a particular incident.
10. Your Privacy Rights and Requests
Depending on your location, the service you use, and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information. These may include the right to:
- Request access to certain personal information.
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Request deletion of personal information.
- Obtain a portable copy of certain information.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and the law provides that right.
- Opt out of certain targeted advertising, sales, or sharing of personal information where applicable.
- Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information where applicable.
- Appeal a decision concerning a privacy request where required by law.
- Exercise applicable privacy rights without unlawful discrimination.
These rights are not absolute and may be subject to legal conditions, exceptions, and verification requirements. The rights available to you may depend on the law that applies to your request.
10.1 How to Submit a Request
To submit a privacy request, email privacy@barrelsolutionsllc.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." Describe the request and identify the product or service involved. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information in your initial message.
We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or, where applicable, the authority of an authorized agent. We will use verification information for the purpose of handling the request and as otherwise permitted or required by law.
10.2 Processing and Appeals
We will review and respond to requests within the time period required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the decision to the extent required by law and provide information about any available appeal process. Where applicable law requires a method to appeal a decision, we will provide instructions for submitting that appeal.
If a particular product provides an in-product privacy setting or request mechanism, you may also use that mechanism where appropriate.
11. Children's Privacy
Our general websites and services are not intended for children where collecting their personal information would be prohibited by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without the parental consent or other authorization required by law.
Some products may have additional age restrictions or may not be designed for use by children. Where a product is directed to children, or where we have actual knowledge that a child is providing personal information in circumstances covered by children's privacy laws, additional requirements may apply.
If you believe a child has provided personal information in violation of applicable requirements, contact us at privacy@barrelsolutionsllc.com . We will review the report and take appropriate action consistent with applicable law.
12. International Data Processing
Barrel Solutions is based in the United States. Depending on the service providers, infrastructure, and integrations used, personal information may be processed or stored in the United States or other jurisdictions.
Privacy and data-protection laws may differ between jurisdictions. Where applicable law imposes requirements on international transfers, we will use the transfer mechanisms and safeguards required for the relevant transfer.
13. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our websites and applications may contain links to external websites, retailers, platforms, or services that are not operated by Barrel Solutions. This Policy does not govern the independent privacy practices of those third parties.
We encourage you to review the privacy notices and terms of third-party services before providing information to them. The inclusion of a link or integration does not, by itself, mean that Barrel Solutions endorses or controls the third party's privacy practices.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our business, products, technologies, or legal obligations. The revised version will identify its updated effective date.
Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes or obtain additional consent before applying the changes to relevant processing. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
15. Additional Product-Specific Notices
Because our products may have different features and data practices, a product may provide a supplemental privacy notice, in-product disclosure, or settings screen describing its specific data collection, uses, disclosures, retention practices, and available choices.
Where a product-specific notice is provided, review it together with this Policy.
